All atheists are polytheists
Polytheism can be described as a way to think that allows you to see religion from a wider perspective. It recognizes not all deities are equal. While some polytheists specialize in worshiping one deity exclusively, others worship several deities at different times. Monotheists may complain about polytheism's inconsistent beliefs, but polytheists embrace a variety of beliefs.
Atheism can have its advantages and disadvantages, as with every belief system. Many experts disagree on the degree of polytheism found in atheists. Others affirm that all atheists believe there is at least one God.
Idols are our intercessors with Allah
This dangerous belief is that idols act as intercessors to Allah. This belief is based in the mistaken notion that Allah can be found in one place. You can only worship Allah through Allah. An idol will not work.
The Quran warns about idolatry. They believe the idols can be effective, even if Allah does not give them permission.
They are living religions
The living religions of polytheism are polytheists. Their practice is rooted within the understanding of God and human beings. These religions have been often associated with the old world. However, they have evolved to monotheistic societies. Ancient Greek and Roman societies, for example, incorporated gods into their cultic life.
Although polytheists hold different beliefs and practices from one another, there are common features among them. Polytheistic religious beliefs are often rooted in local cultures. These communities may have survived colonization and genocide in some places.
They face the same challenges of modernity as monotheists
Modernity has brought polytheists the same problems that monotheists. Monotheism's evolutionary claims, as well as its alleged historical inevitability, should be treated with suspicion. Members of native polytheistic traditions should also be careful not to align themselves with such claims. Rather, they should ask themselves whether their beliefs would tip the scales in real time.
Monotheism arose from competing groups seeking power, and was not a triumph of one group over the other. The golah community created monotheistic ideals that delegitimized the gods of the community and undermined its claim to the land.
