The powerful Orthodox Church of Greece accuses pagans of idolatry, new age practices and other new age sins.
Although most Greeks identify themselves with Orthodox Christians, many Greeks still believe that the Greek gods are real. Many polytheists use Greek names or the old calendar. Although they have very little in common with other Greeks, there are still at least 100,000 people who are interested in ancient religions.
